FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Why does this cost more than a regular journal?

Totally fair question, at first glance it's just paper (digital download), right? But what you're actually paying for is everything that happened before the file is received: the hours spent researching Human Design and alignment work, testing prompts with real moms, and refining every page so it actually gets you to open up instead of staring at a blank line. This isn't a journal/booklet we slapped together over a weekend, it's the result of real expertise in supporting moms through the exact kind of overwhelm you're feeling right now.

No two persons are the same, and your custom designed journal/booklet won’t be either.

Access & delivery — How do I receive it after purchase?

This a PDF-only digital download; a beautifully designed PDF you can print at home or a local print shop, or write in directly on a tablet or phone.

Our 2026/2027 Heart Method Journal is a printed book shipped directly to your home.

Do I need to know my Human Design type before starting?

Nope. The journal is designed to meet you wherever you are; whether you've never heard of Human Design or you already know your chart by heart.

You provide the information asked when you purchase, and I will dig into the rest for you!

Human Design is basically a map of how you're built to make decisions, use your energy, and move through the world, a mix of astrology, the I Ching, and a few other traditions rolled into one chart, based on your exact birth date, time, and place. You don't have to believe in it like a religion or understand all the jargon to get something out of it. Think of it less as a personality quiz and more as permission slip: permission to stop operating the way you think you "should," and start noticing how you actually work best.

For moms, that's huge. So much of motherhood pulls you into one relentless pace: do more, push through, keep up, regardless of whether that's how you're actually designed to operate. Human Design gives you language for why certain days feel impossible and others feel easy, why you need rest that looks different from what everyone else needs, and why forcing yourself into someone else's rhythm leaves you depleted. It's not about adding one more system to manage. It's about finally giving yourself permission to mother and live in a way that's aligned with who you actually are, not who you think you're supposed to be.

What is Human Design and how does it relate to motherhood, or my daily life?

What makes me qualified to design this?

Honestly? Motherhood itself. I didn't design this journal from a textbook or a certification, I designed it from the actual, lived experience of losing myself somewhere between the diaper bag and the to-do list, and having to find my way back. Every prompt in here is something I needed someone to ask me on the hard days. I'm not a guru speaking from the outside looking in… I'm in it, the same as you, and this journal is what I built for myself first, before I ever thought to share it.

That's not a credential you can put on a wall, but it's the one that matters most here: I know what it feels like to need this, because I did.
